Brewery Tours are available at WKB (1192 Manitou Rd, Hilton NY) every Saturday by appointment at 1pm, 2pm, 4pm and 5pm, or at an alternate time + day by special request.

Grab some friends and take a guided tour of Wood Kettle Brewery! See how we make our small-batch, award-winning and handcrafted beer in our brewpub in Hilton NY, and peep the brand new brewhouse and what we have in the works. When you’re done, join us front-of- house for delicious noms and fresh beer. We hear it tastes just that much better when you see exactly how it’s made.

– Pre-paid tour tickets must be completed within three days of confirmation to hold your spot on the tour. If we do not receive payment, we will release your reservation. [This helps eliminate the risk of no-shows and allows us to keep space open for other requests – we appreciate your cooperation with this!]

– Tours are about 30 minutes long, and you’ll get to sample a couple of our beers during the tour.

– When you get here, let the host/hostess know you’re here for the tour. They’ll be able to point you in the right direction.

– If you need to cancel or reschedule for any reason, please let me know as early as possible! (Same as above – it lets us accept other requests if you are unable to make it in.) We’re also happy to help you reschedule – just email me directly and we can get a new tour on the books.

– Sadly, we cannot issue refunds for no-shows. Certain cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled tour can be refunded.

– Children are allowed on tours — just no drinking. The cost is $10/each for children over 12 years old, and they receive a logo pint glass (but no beer samples, of course).

It’s pretty hard to just choose one, but WKB is best known for there beer cheese. Which is handcrafted with our flagship beer. Wood Kettle Brewing is also known for there handcrafted sandwiches, with fresh ingredients made to order.

Our rental area is a spacious tasting room, which features a floor-to-ceiling view of our 15bbl wood kettle brewing system.  We have several option and packages to choose from when it comes to your celebration, gathering, birthday party, or corporate event.

We may be able to accommodate rentals outside of our available hours at $245/hr.

(1) We offer a full package rental of our entire brewery which hold 150 people. This would conclude on Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday for the entire space of the brewery. This package include(s):

• A full service bar with a bartender
• Access to our TV for your Event
• Access to the Entire Brewery (Kitchen, and Brewery Tour)
• Free tastings
• A member of our team will be on hand to assist with setup, give brewery tours, and assist with your event.
• The host would be responsible for all catering but we can help with references

(2) Backroom during business hours:

We may be able to accommodate rentals outside of our available hours at $245/hr.

• A full service bar and Kitchen
• Access to our TV for your Event
• Access to the Entire Brewery (Kitchen, and Brewery Tour)

• A member of our team will be on hand to assist with setup, give brewery tours, and assist with your event.
• Pre-order food prior to event. Food order needs to be submitted 3 days prior to scheduled event.

Area offers moveable 5 ft. long, bar-height tables with padded stools -Excellent, along with round and square four top tables, unimpeded views of brewing area -ADA-compliant restroom, access to our patio and fire pits. – A member of our team will be on hand to assist with setup, give brewery tours, and assist with your event.
