We’re excited to announce the release of our latest craft beer this Saturday, February 25th! Noon of Night, an imperial Russian stout aged in Black Button bourbon barrels.Black Button Distillery bourbon is aged for a minimum of two years in charred new American oak barrels, which imparts a rich, caramel color and complex flavor notes of vanilla, oak, and char. The aging process also allows the flavors to mellow and blend together, creating a smooth and balanced bourbon. This is a beer for the bold, the adventurous, and the connoisseurs of craft beer.

The first thing you’ll notice is the rich and dark appearance, with a thick and creamy tan head. The aroma is complex, with notes of cinnamon, dark chocolate, vanilla, and of course, the unmistakable bourbon scent.
